Book a private transfer

You may cancel your transfer more than 48 hours before the scheduled service and receive a 100% refund. If you cancel at least 24 hours, but less than 48 hours before the scheduled service, you will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.

If any flight included in your reservation is delayed, rescheduled, or otherwise changed in a way that may affect your pickup time, please notify us at least 3 hours before your scheduled pickup time. If your reservation includes passengers arriving on different flights, you must notify us of any changes to each flight. This allows us to properly adjust your transfer schedule and helps avoid additional charges for last-minute changes. Changes to the date or time of your transfer are subject to availability.
